At the end of every auction we encourage the buyer and seller to place feedback about each other. This feedback should represent how the person was to deal with.
By reviewing a member's feedback you can see what other traders thought of their trading behaviour. It will help you assess whether they are a reliable trader or not.
Reviewing a seller's feedback and trading history before bidding is essential and is the best way to protect yourself as a buyer.
There are two types of feedback icons in brackets after a members user name e.g. pro-trader (10

). The first is a number. This number represents the number of positive trades the member has completed. This feedback rating is calculated by subtracting negative feedback from positive feedback.
The second icon is a star. The colour of the star next to a traders name represents their level of positive feedback. The gold star is the highest level achieveable.
