The seller isn't returning emails or refuses to complete the deal

 

We suggest that you allow up to 5 days for the seller to get in touch with you. During this time you should send them an email stating you wish to complete the trade. You should also check your spam filters aren't stopping their emails.

If you have given the seller a reasonable amount of time to return your emails and you still haven't received a response, we recommend that you place feedback on them.

Listing an item for sale on Flog It is a commitment from the seller to sell the item through the site. If the auction closes successfully the seller is obliged to complete the sale. If they refuse to complete the sale then you should place the appropriate feedback on the site for others to view. Sellers who repeatedly back out of auctions will have their membership suspended.
