Restricting bidding
When placing your listing you can restrict your auctions to only allow bids from authenticated members. This reduces the likelihood of non-genuine bidders bidding on your auction.
Any authenticated seller can choose to limit bidding to authenticated buyers.

When the auction is running you can prevent a member from bidding on your auction or asking questions by blacklisting them.
