Placing, removing and editing feedback
Both the buyer and the seller can place feedback on each other at the close of a successful auction. You should place feedback on a trader whenever you complete a trade. Placing feedback is an important (but optional) part of the Flog It process.

Placing feedback
Go to your My Flog It page, locate the auction and click the 'Place feedback' button. You can place positive, negative or neutral feedback.

You can comment on any feedback placed about you, by posting a response on your My Feedback page by clicking the "post response to this feedback" link under the feedback. Your response will be shown directly beneath the feedback concerned.

Please note, you can place feedback up to 60 days after the auction has closed.

Editing or deleting feedback

Go to the feedback page of the member concerned, you will see the options to either 'edit' or 'delete' the feedback.

Feedback on another member can only be edited once. If you delete your feedback you cannot have it re-instated.

Under Hong Kong law you can be held legally responsible for damage to a trader's reputation, so make sure you keep your feedback factual.
