If a trader posts negative feedback about you, we suggest you:
Talk to the trader concerned and try to resolve any issues. The trader may then modify or remove the feedback. Clear communication resolves the majority of feedback disputes.
Post a reply to the feedback, this allows you to explain your side of the story.
Remember that feedback provides an overall view of a trader's history. A single negative feedback is not a disaster - other traders will take this in the context of the rest of your trading history.
If a trader places feedback about you that breaches our Feedback Policy you can lodge a complaint using the button below.
If a trader demands unreasonable things, and threatens to post negative feedback if you don't comply, we consider this feedback blackmail. You should report this immediately using the button below.
Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding feedback complaints, once a decision is made.
If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding feedback and wish to take the matter further, you can take legal action against the trader concerned.
We can assist you by providing the necessary information about a trader as long as the request for information comes through an applicable court order and does not breach our Privacy Policy.
