The buyer hasn't paid me or returned my emails

If the winning bidder has backed out of the deal or is not answering your emails, you should request a refund of the success fee.

You cannot claim a refund until at least three days after the auction closes - this gives the top bidder enough time to get in touch. You should also check that your spam filters aren't blocking their emails.

You should also make sure you have waited a "reasonable" length of time (about five working days) for the buyer to make payment.

Flog It records all refunds claimed against a member and people who repeatedly default on auctions will have their membership suspended. You should continue to post feedback about any members you deal with.
