If the buyer backs out of the sale, the seller is entitled to a refund of the success fees. If the sale has been successfully completed, or the seller backs out of the sale the seller is not entitled to a refund.
If the seller applies for a refund you will be sent an email asking for your side of the story. You should respond to this request. If the refund is granted a comment from Flog It Customer Support will be placed on the feedback of both you and seller - this will not affect your overall feedback rating.
Buyers who repeatedly default will have their membership suspended.
