Trouble completing the sale

If you are unable to get in touch with the buyer because they are not responding to your emails, or your emails get returned, we recommend you give the buyer 5 working days to contact you. In this time we recommend you send several emails.

If you are unable to contact the winning bidder, or if they refuse to complete the sale, you can re-list your auction and request a refund of the success fee.
